Shipping Policies:

Free Shipping 

Many, but not all, products are shipped for free. The items with free shipping are very clearly marked 

“Free Shipping.” If products are not marked, shipping charges will be added. Free shipping applies only 

to the 48 contiguous states. Please call 801-485-1130  for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto 

Rico or Canada. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, lift gate service, remote location 

delivery or other special handling considerations. We do not allow will calls, freight dock pickups or for 

shipping address changes to be made after the order has been processed. Orders cannot be cancelled 

after they have been shipped. Larger items will not be shipped to a post office box. Natural disasters, 

severe weather or other unexpected circumstances may delay deliveries.

Freight Damage Claims

Freight damage claims must be documented when the delivery is made. You must thoroughly inspect 

your shipment at the time of delivery. If damage is obvious or suspected you must inform the carrier 

and list the damage or suspected damage on the shipping manifest and immediately contact us for a 

damage report.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be changed or cancelled prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped, then 

our return/exchange policies apply. Emailed cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations MUST be 

done by calling us at 801-485-1130. 

Returns:

All unused non-damaged items that are returned in the original, non-damaged packaging and include all 

original parts, accessories and paperwork may be returned within 15 days of original purchase date. A 

20% restocking fee will apply to the item’s price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers 

are responsible for shipping fees for returned items. Returns must be insured for what the customer 

paid for them. Returns are not accepted for items that have been used. You must call 801-485-1130

for a return authorization number before it is returned. Due to federal shipping regulations, power 

equipment cannot be returned after either gas or oil has been placed in it. No returns on gassed and/

or oiled equipment. The customer must take them to an authorized service center for repair that may 

or may not be covered under warranty.

Defective Equipment:

The repair, of a defective or malfunctioning product must be handled through a local authorized dealer 

for the brand under the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Products may not be shipped back to SW 

Trading for any issue that is covered under warranty at a local service center.
